Your privacy choices should be as clear as your selling options.

Route-comparison information

We ask for city and state or ZIP code, property type, selected situation categories, preferred timing, primary goal, approximate equity category, and, when relevant, whether a manufactured home sits on owned or leased land.

We do not require your name, email address, phone number, exact street address, or a dollar amount to show the comparison. We may store the resulting route order, reason codes, connection availability, rule version, timestamps, and the coarse geographic resolution used to produce the result.

Optional information

If a real connection is offered and you request it, OwnerRoute may collect the contact details you choose to provide, the route and destination you selected, requested communication channels, and evidence of the disclosure and consent presented to you. This information is not required for the educational comparison.

If you use the optional seller workspace or create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication information, property facts, drafts, photos, and communications needed to provide that feature.

Browser storage and anonymous assessments

The browser saves the comparison in session storage so the results page can display it during the same browser session. When server-side saving is enabled, a random browser cookie links the browser to an anonymous assessment. The server stores a one-way hash of that identifier.

Clearing cookies or browser storage may remove access to an anonymous comparison or sign you out of workspace features.

Technical and operational information

OwnerRoute uses limited first-party operational analytics to learn whether the comparison works and to diagnose failures. This may include a random session identifier, page path, referring source, campaign parameters, broad device type, event timestamp, and allowlisted event properties.

The analytics event store is designed not to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, full IP addresses, message text, or consent wording. Advertising storage and optional third-party analytics storage begin disabled. OwnerRoute skips optional attribution and analytics when the browser exposes an enabled Global Privacy Control signal.

How we use information

• Build and retrieve your route comparison.
• Apply the current routing rules and explain the result.
• Determine whether a real destination covers the location and route.
• Operate the optional seller workspace and account features.
• Secure the Services, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
• Understand aggregate use and improve the product.
• Respond to requests and comply with applicable law.

Route answers are not used as an appraisal, credit decision, property offer, or guarantee that a buyer or professional will accept a property.

How information is disclosed

Completing a comparison does not send your assessment or contact information to a buyer, agent, broker, lender, title company, or lead purchaser.

We may disclose information:

• To service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, analytics, and support.
• To a specifically disclosed destination when you separately request the connection and affirmatively consent.
• When needed to comply with law, protect users or the Services, or respond to valid legal process.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the business.
• In aggregated or de-identified form not reasonably intended to identify you.

Compensated connections

As of the date above, compensated national lead-sharing and monetized affiliate-link features are disabled. Before either is activated, OwnerRoute will review the arrangement, update its disclosures where required, and identify the destination or recipient category and material compensation or affiliated relationship before you choose it.

Connection consent and withdrawal

Agreement to this Policy or the Terms of Service is not consent to share information or receive marketing calls, texts, or email. A connection requires a separate affirmative action under the disclosure shown at that time.

Connection delivery is currently disabled. Before it is enabled, the connection interface will provide a way to withdraw a pending request and will explain the delivery boundary. Information already delivered at your direction cannot be recalled from the recipient; you may contact that recipient about its continued use of the information.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity; and to appeal certain decisions.

Submit a request by mail at the address above. We may need to verify your identity and authority. OwnerRoute will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the selected feature, maintain security and records, document consent or delivery, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Anonymous assessments are deleted, redacted, or aggregated after their operational period. Consent, suppression, and delivery records may be retained longer to document choices and honor opt-outs.

Security and sensitive information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and browser identifiers, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not submit government identifiers, banking or payment details, passwords, security or entry codes, or other highly sensitive information through route answers, drafts, photos, or messages.

Children, third parties, and changes

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. Third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this Policy as the product or law changes and will revise the date above.
