Available now: private property drafts

Nothing is published while you prepare

The route, before you begin

Three focused steps. One private place to get ready.

OwnerRoute helps you organize the address, essential facts, and property photos into a private draft — the first step on a clear route from preparation to sold. Nothing goes public until you decide.

  • 30 daysPrivate draft window
  • 12 photos8 MB each
  • Verified accountAvailable after email confirmation

Know what happens at every step.

Each stage has one job: help you turn information you already have into an organized property draft you can revisit.

  1. 01

    Property address

Begin with the home you want to prepare.

Enter an address on the home page and it moves to the Free Preview without being added to the URL. You can also type or correct the address directly in the preview.

    • The address handoff is used once, then cleared from the browser
    • The preview URL stays clean and does not contain the street address
    • Manual entry remains available if a handoff is not present
  2. 02

    Essential details

Turn the address into a useful property record.

Add the property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built, and a working asking price. Saving creates or updates your private draft.

    • Details are saved in OwnerRoute’s dedicated database
    • You can revise it from the same browser or a verified account
    • Saving a draft does not create or publish a listing
  3. 03

    Protected photos

Add the images that help the property make sense.

Upload up to 12 JPEG, PNG, or WebP photos. Each file can be up to 8 MB and is validated before OwnerRoute stores it with the matching draft.

    • Uploaded files are kept outside the public website folder
    • Photo access is tied to the browser or verified account that owns the draft
    • You can remove a photo without creating a public gallery

Your work is saved, but it is not made public.

Address and property details are stored in a dedicated OwnerRoute MariaDB database. Photos are stored outside the public web folder and served only to the browser or verified account that has access to the matching draft.

01

Browser or account access

A private browser credential starts the draft. Email verification and a secure password can attach that work to an OwnerRoute account.

02

A defined retention window

Anonymous drafts use a 30-day access window. A draft attached to a verified account remains available through the account.

03

Protected photo delivery

The image endpoint checks draft access. Uploading a photo does not create a public image page or listing gallery.

Bring four things. Leave with a more organized property story.

01

The exact street address

Have the property address ready, including city, state, and ZIP code.

02

The essential home facts

Gather beds, baths, square footage, year built, property type, and a working price.

03

Photos you can use

Choose clear exterior and interior images that you own or have permission to upload.

04

A return path you control

An anonymous draft can be reopened from the same browser for 30 days. A verified account keeps the draft attached to your sign-in.

Continue where you left off.

Reopen the Free Preview from the original browser during the 30-day anonymous window, or sign in to the verified account that owns the draft.

  3. 3
    Review and keep preparing

Choose your reach

The private draft is the foundation, not the finish line.

When your home is ready, you decide how far it goes — and you compare every option on clear, upfront terms.

01

List on OwnerRoute

Publish a clean, buyer-ready property page with your photos, facts, and a protected inquiry path. You approve everything before it goes live.

02

Flat-fee MLS

Add MLS exposure through a licensed local broker so your home reaches every agent and their buyers — without a listing commission.

03

Reach buyers directly

Buyers search OwnerRoute and message you through a protected form. You field inquiries and schedule showings on your terms.

04

Cash offer

Prefer speed and certainty? Request a no-obligation cash offer from a local buyer and close on your timeline.
