How the Route Engine works
One situation. Three possible ways forward.
OwnerRoute gives you a side-by-side starting point before anyone asks for your contact information. The result is educational, not an appraisal, offer, legal opinion, or promise that a provider is available in your area.

The workflow
Useful enough to narrow the choice. Honest about what it cannot know.
The engine uses the answers you provide and an explicit ruleset. It does not invent a property value, estimate an exact offer, or assume a partner covers your location.
- Describe the situation.Choose the property type, condition, timing, main priority, and a simple ownership or financing qualifier. A street address, name, phone number, and email are not required.
- Compare all three routes.A versioned ruleset ranks cash, listing, and owner financing against the same four trade-offs: timeline, likely net, seller work, and certainty. It never hides a route just because another one ranks first.
- Decide what happens next.Read the route guides or save your work in the private workspace. Connection actions are disabled for the current launch. If enabled later, no assessment answer may be shared without a named destination, disclosed relationship, active coverage, and separate affirmative consent.
What the result means
A recommendation is a comparison, not a transaction.
The result explains why a route may fit your stated priorities. Before acting, confirm value, payoff, title, taxes, condition, state requirements, costs, and the credentials of anyone involved.
The engine can help with…
- Making the main route trade-offs visible
- Showing why one route ranked ahead of another
- Flagging situations that need extra verification
- Keeping all three educational paths available
The engine does not know…
- Your home's verified market value or exact condition
- Your legal, tax, payoff, or title position
- Whether a buyer, agent, or professional will accept the job
- Whether a connection is available without confirmed coverage
Unknown coverage stays unavailable.
OwnerRoute will not turn a national educational result into a provider connection unless the system has a named, active destination for the location and route. If that later changes, the relationship and any compensation are disclosed beside the action before you choose whether to share information.
Start with the comparison, not a sales call.
