These paths use the live product as it works today. They do not require an account, payment, or public listing.

Photos

A photo will not upload

Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file no larger than 8 MB. A draft can hold up to 12 photos. OwnerRoute validates and reprocesses each accepted image.

Review photo guidance

What OwnerRoute saves, protects, and does not do.

Product boundaries are included here because they affect how you prepare, return, and decide what to do with the property next.

Do I have to use the same browser?

Only while the draft is anonymous. The browser credential protects an unsigned draft for 30 days. After you verify an email and create a password, the draft is attached to your OwnerRoute account.

Where is my address stored?

After you confirm it, the address is saved in OwnerRoute’s dedicated MariaDB database with the rest of the private draft. The homepage handoff uses session storage and keeps the street address out of the Free Preview URL.

Who can see my uploaded photos?

The browser or verified account that owns the private draft can request its protected photo copies. Raw uploads are not stored in the public website folder, and unrelated requests return no image.

Can I remove or replace a photo?

You can remove any saved photo from the photo step. To replace it, remove the unwanted photo and upload the new file. The first saved image is used as the private cover preview.

Does reviewing my draft publish the property?

No. The review step only combines the saved address, facts, price, and photos for you. Public contact settings, seller identity verification, buyer inquiries, and publication approval are not active in this private workflow.

Can I buy an OwnerRoute listing or MLS package?

Not currently. OwnerRoute does not yet accept payment, sell public listing plans, or submit homes to an MLS. The pricing and MLS pages explain current availability and the terms a homeowner should compare before choosing any future service.

What happens after 30 days?

An anonymous private draft and its protected photos are scheduled to expire. A draft attached to a verified account remains available through that account. Always keep your original property photos and records in a location you control.

Why does the search page show no homes?

OwnerRoute will not display private drafts or invented listings. Search is reserved for properties a verified seller has deliberately approved for public display; that publication workflow is not active yet.

Your saved work is one step away.

Return from the same browser or sign in to revise details, manage photos, or review the complete private property draft.
